Senior Flight Instructor

Senior Flight Instructors are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at SEVEN whilst ensuring the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and team performance. In addition to performing all core instructor duties, SeniorInstructors provide mentorship, coaching, and operational leadership to ensure standards are maintained and the team continues to develop. They act as role models, ambassadors, and technical experts for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Instruction

• Deliver expert instruction for complex scenarios including nervous first‑timers, experienced skydivers, and high‑performance coaching
• Execute demonstration flights showcasing head‑down flying, dynamic transitions, and advanced freefly techniques
• Provide specialized coaching for competitive flyers and experienced skydivers
• Handle VIP experiences requiring exceptional discretion and service
• Maintain peak physical condition to meet the demanding nature of advanced instruction including extended flight sessions, complex physical maneuvers, and continuous high‑intensity performance
• Mentor and evaluate junior instructors with constructive feedback and skills coaching
• Lead Saudi national instructor training program to develop local talent
• Conduct instructor performance reviews and certification assessments
• Facilitate team workshops on advanced techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Foster a professional team culture emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement
