Overview

Administrative qualities are required. Good communication skills. Responsibilities

Review and revise working procedures and instructions continuously. Ensure accuracy of reports and invoices and maintain the record-keeping system. Report regularly (monthly) to the Department Manager regarding performance of the section, including workloads, personnel performance, assignment loss log, and client complaints log; prepare job instructions in consultation with Operations / Technical Management when necessary. Forward instructions and manage Inspectors / Expediters. Arrange and confirm forthcoming client assignment visits and assist Coordinators as needed. Ensure reports submitted to clients are technically correct and that all assignment-related reports are submitted on time in accordance with contractual agreements or client guidance. Attend and guide responses to client queries, requirements and complaints to satisfy clients. Initial Inspectors training (on-the-job as well as Aramco exam related) shall be provided. The following targets should be achieved in the upcoming two financial years. Type of target to achieve : Year 2015, 2016 Number of SAVID approved Inspector : To be announced by Business Development No of inspection visit / Inspector / month : To be announced by Business Development No of Saudi Inspectors, GCC : To be announced by Business Development Targeted sales : To be announced by Business Development Client Complaint Note1 (in %) : ) and ) Assignment loss Note 2 (in %) : ) and 5-7 (2016) Targeted overseas sales (in number of visits) : To be announced by Business Development Note 1 : Client complaints / month (percentage) = complaints in a month / 30. In a year, this is the average of twelve months. Complaints relate to late report submission, late email responses without proper justification for delay, inspectors not appearing at vendor locations, etc. All complaints shall be closed to the satisfaction of involved parties. Note 2 : Generated from Monthly Assignment Loss Log. Monthly assignment loss = (number of RFI losses in the month / total visits in that month) expressed as a percentage. In a year, this is the average of twelve months. RFI means Request For Inspection from clients. Performance Rating : Annual rating; if the rating is below target, the company reserves the right to review and take necessary action at its discretion.
