Role Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, MEA will develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, lead co‑marketing initiatives with regional partners, oversee corporate communications and press relations, shape brand strategy and messaging, and manage marketing operations and performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM marketing strategies for new product launches and regional rollouts in Saudi Arabia and UAE, collaborating with product, sales and business development teams.

Define target segments and market penetration strategies to maximize revenue impact.

Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to refine GTM approaches dynamically.

Lead co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners, negotiating joint marketing agreements and managing campaign performance.

Coordinate cross‑functional partner marketing teams to deliver integrated 360° campaigns across digital, event, print, social media and media channels.

Develop and update regional communications strategy, manage press releases, media kits, executive communications, and journalist relations.

Oversee crisis communications and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, developing messaging frameworks and aligning internal and external brand narratives.

Own the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and implement performance tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness and conversion metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related experience, OR

Associate’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, OR

High school diploma and 8+ years of related experience.

Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration / Management, Communications, or related field.

Master’s degree in a related field.

6+ years of Marketing or related work experience.

3+ years of leading strategic or business performance initiatives and / or organizational change initiatives.

2+ years of experience interacting with executive leadership (Vice President level and above).

2+ years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

1+ year in a leadership role with direct reports.
