On behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an Estimation Manager – Assistant to support our estimation team in managing project cost calculations and preparing bid proposals. This role is essential for ensuring our projects are accurately estimated and competitively bid.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Estimation Manager in the preparation and development of detailed cost estimates.
- Review project specifications and drawings to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect data on materials, labor, and timelines.
- Help develop project scopes while identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost-saving.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, bid submissions, and project documentation.
- Support in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
- Monitor industry trends and cost changes to provide accurate inputs for future estimates.
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing and quotes.
- Assist in training junior estimators and interns as needed.
