Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, preferably in large-scale rail projects Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong knowledge of cost control and forecasting tools Experience with risk management software and methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project control teams Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Additional certifications in project controls or cost management (e.g., CCP, EVP) are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Project Management Industries : Construction
