As a Senior Project Manager at Sahseh, you will : Lead High-Impact Initiatives :

You'll take ownership of critical projects that drive the growth of Sahseh's platform (from cashback experiences to coupon delivery and affiliate integrations). Your work will directly improve the experience for users and partners across Saudi Arabia.

Manage and Empower Teams :

You'll lead a team of 6–10 engineers and senior-level contributors, fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and alignment with Sahseh's strategic goals.

Own Task Execution and Performance Tracking :

You'll be responsible for following up on all tasks assigned to the tech team, ensuring timelines are met, blockers are resolved, and priorities stay clear. You'll also evaluate individual and team performance to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Define and Deliver Strategic Roadmaps :

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Operations to define clear priorities, translate business goals into scalable solutions, and ensure your squad is always focused on what matters most.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment :

Work hand-in-hand with Product and Business stakeholders to align on OKRs, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable impact across Sahseh's ecosystem.

Promote Growth and Transparency :

You'll champion a culture of open feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, helping your team grow and celebrate wins (and lessons) together.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a tech or product-driven environment

Solid understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management systems.

Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams across various time zones.

Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Excellent task tracking and follow-up skills, with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for execution

Demonstrated expertise in leading highly performing engineering teams, preferably within KSA-based technology start-ups.

Demonstrated ability to set priorities, drive accountability, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines

Prior experience in building and managing complex systems.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments

Strong Computer Science fundamentals : algorithms, mathematics, academic background, a basic understanding programming languages
