About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Government Systems to design, integrate, and optimize end-to-end digital services and platforms for public sector clients.

You will work directly with stakeholders from ministries and government agencies, leading solution design that ensures interoperability, compliance, and citizen-centric outcomes. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business needs, technology frameworks, and government mandates .

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end solutions for government systems, ensuring alignment with NORA 2.0 and GSB (Government Service Bus) requirements.
• Lead solution assessments, feasibility studies, and architecture blueprints for new and existing systems.
• Ensure interoperability and integration between ministries, national platforms, and shared services.
• Work closely with business, data, and security architects to ensure holistic and compliant solutions.
• Provide guidance on cloud adoption, application modernization, and digital platforms .
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and gain buy-in.
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security).
• Support RFPs, technical evaluations, and vendor solution assessments.
• Mentor junior consultants and share solution architecture best practices within FMB.
