Recruitment Analyst & Onboarding Specialist
Job Purpose
To oversee and support the execution of project-based sales by managing a team of sales executives, coordinating with clients and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Supervision : Lead and guide the project sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achievement of targets.
- Client Coordination : Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proposal Review : Review and approve sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents prepared by the team for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Sales Performance : Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Site Visits : Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
