Act as the primary point of contact for all

iPlant-related activities,

providing technical support and coordination. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, and document control teams to ensure the effective and consistent use of iPlant tools across the project lifecycle. Manage and maintain iPlant data and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, current, and compliant with project and company standards. Oversee and support the submission, retrieval, and workflow of documents and data within the

iPlant system , ensuring efficient processing and traceability. Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing document control practices and optimizing the use of iPlant for better efficiency and data integrity. Bachelor’s degree in administration ,

Information Systems , or a related technical discipline. Proven experience

working with

iPlant

• . Familiarity with engineering documentation, drawings, and data management in project environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems (EDMS). Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
