Historic district in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, known for its significance as the birthplace of the Saudi state and its rich cultural heritage. It is undergoing a major redevelopment into a world-class destination that blends traditional architecture with modern design, preserving its history while embracing the future.

Design Integration :

Lead the interior design efforts while ensuring seamless integration with architectural elements of the development.

Create and execute designs that reflect the historical significance of the project and align with the architectural vision.

Leadership & Team Management :

Oversee and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges architecture and interior design.

Ensure alignment between architectural structures and interior concepts throughout the design and implementation phases.

Project Oversight :

Manage design processes from concept development to final installation, ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure interior spaces work seamlessly within the overall architectural framework.

Collaboration with External Stakeholders :

Coordinate with clients, developers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet expectations.

Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders, maintaining architectural integrity and design quality.

Budget & Schedule Management :

Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring resource efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

Align architectural and interior design objectives with project feasibility in terms of cost and schedule.

Educational Background :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience :

Proven experience in architecture with a leadership role in interior design for high-profile projects.

Portfolio demonstrating integration of architectural and interior design elements.

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Skills :

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and design standards.

Additional Attributes :

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to balance creativity with practical constraints like budgets and schedules.

Deep understanding of cultural, historical, and environmental contexts of the project.
