Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales and business development efforts for the Tuition Management System in Riyadh.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers in private schools to showcase the value of our product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, finance teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Present tailored product demos and explain technical features to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Work closely with the product and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and

satisfaction.

  • Gather market feedback and communicate insights to help improve the product.
  • Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the private school sector in Riyadh or the broader KSA market.
  • Experience in Fintech, Saas or CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of private schools.
  • Ability to identify and convert early adopters and navigate the sales cycle in a new market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – Arabic fluency is a must.
