We are a prominent fire and security systems integration contractor based in Saudi Arabia, seeking to hire an experienced project manager to oversee multiple industrial projects.

The project manager will run complex projects / programs, analyzing, coordinating, and managing project plans to meet project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. He will conduct feasibility studies on projects and carry out assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop project methodology, Master Plans, and manage Project resources.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the company’s baseline Quality Governance process guidelines.
• Conduct project status review meetings, tracking activities & conflicts, and assigning task status.
• Mobilize the team, execute the job effectively, and maintain costs efficiently.
• Empowering tools for project management.
• Safety First : awareness and control.
• Adherence to Company Policies and Regulations for the technical team.
• Chart out team-based and task-based costs.
• Monitor all costs and ensure that they remain aligned with the forecasted budget.
• Conflict and resolution management with all stakeholders to meet the project objectives.
• Measure, evaluate, and monitor the Project client satisfaction regularly to implement the required measures to achieve this goal in real time.
• Develop, Analyse, and Control all project reports and tracking baseline.
• Travel is expected for 60% of the duty time and is allocated among various cities or remote-area projects.
