Roads Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roads Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Roads Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and overseeing road infrastructure projects that contribute to the Kingdom's transportation network and urban development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct engineering analyses and prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications for road projects.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex road engineering challenges, particularly those unique to desert environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration with other infrastructure systems.
• Oversee the implementation of road projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met and approvals are obtained.
• Stay updated on the latest road engineering technologies, sustainable practices, and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any on-site engineering challenges.
