We are seeking an experienced
Sales Director | Manager
to drive business growth and expand market presence in the cybersecurity domain across key sectors, including government, finance, and technology.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, strategic, and results‑driven leader who can combine sales expertise with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for cybersecurity products and services.
Define and manage sales territories, revenue targets, and pipeline performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key clients.
Lead the end‑to‑end sales process—from prospecting and proposals to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, marketing, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen the company’s value proposition.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
(or equivalent experience).
7+ years
of experience in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, with
3+ years
in sales leadership.
Strong understanding of
cybersecurity services
such as SOC, GRC, managed security services, and compliance solutions.
Proven success in B2B environments, managing executive‑level relationships.
Familiarity with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both
English and Arabic .
Experience in
SaaS
or managed service sales is preferred.
