Key Responsibilities : Erection, testing & commissioning of transformers up to 500 MVA / 380 KV Supervision of cable laying, control system integration, and site teams Oil handling : vacuuming, filtration, oil filling, and sampling Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and site documentation Maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration of failed transformers Commitment to safety standards and on-time project delivery Additional Skills & Experience : Transformer assembly, overhauls, gasket replacement, and maintenance Hands-on testing using CPC 100, Doble, and related equipment Strong knowledge of protection / control systems (old and new schemes) Cable termination, testing, and jointing DGA analysis and troubleshooting transformer issues Coordination with project teams for planning and approvals Site documentation : inspection reports, execution plans, and JCCs Customer and team training on protection schemes and safety practices Compliance with customer standards (e.g., SABIC safety norms) Team supervision and shift coordination Qualification :
