Deliver high-quality boxing classes (group and personal) in line with UFC Gym standards.
Design training programs tailored to different member levels (beginner – intermediate – advanced).
Teach fundamental and advanced boxing techniques (stance, defense, offense, cardio, and conditioning).
Monitor and evaluate members’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure members’ safety during training, including proper warm-up and cool-down routines.
Engage in promotional activities, events, and workshops representing UFC Gym.
Maintain cleanliness and proper use of boxing equipment and training areas.
Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive training environment.
Comply with all club policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Boxing Coach / Trainer with at least 2 years of practical training experience.

Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, conditioning, and fitness principles.

Excellent physical fitness and ability to demonstrate high-intensity training.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse age groups.

Certification in boxing, fitness, or related field is preferred.

Time management, organizational, and motivational skills.

Ability to work within a professional team environment.
