• Deliver high-quality boxing classes (group and personal) in line with UFC Gym standards.
• Design training programs tailored to different member levels (beginner – intermediate – advanced).
• Teach fundamental and advanced boxing techniques (stance, defense, offense, cardio, and conditioning).
• Monitor and evaluate members’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure members’ safety during training, including proper warm-up and cool-down routines.
• Engage in promotional activities, events, and workshops representing UFC Gym.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of boxing equipment and training areas.
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive training environment.
• Comply with all club policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
