Job Description Responsibilities
Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts. Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Risk & Compliance
Identify, assess contractual risks. Ensure compliance with legal, and organizational standards
BU Support
Provide guidance to business units on contract terms, obligations, and risks. Act as a liaison between internal departments (legal, procurement, finance, operations) and external parties.
Process & Systems
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in contract management systems. Implement and improve contract management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms. Drive efficiency and standardization in contract templates and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. Experience : 2-4 years of experience in contract management. English Langauage Fluency.
