Job Description

• Generate and prepared regular sales reports in Excel .
• Responsible to update Customer Master Data as needed.
• Maintained & update inventory of Handheld equipments sheet for all locations covered full KSA.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the sales team offering technical support for devices and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise in market.
• Follow up with supplier for maintenance of Handheld devices & printers.
• Coordinate shipments to the sales team managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL.
• Handle monthly and annual DSD VAN inventory processes ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.
• The diverse nature of Sales Operations responsibilities means that employees should have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Word Excel.

Good command on English.

Should be analytical and detail oriented.

Must possess computer skills including the ability to use sales team software.

2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar position.
