Overview Job Purpose / Objective : Design, develop or supervise the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for HMG sites, or utility use.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Prepare the electrical design as per the architect drawings.

Calculate the electrical load and select the equipment on the basis of electrical load calculation.

Design the main distribution board and sub distribution board to feed the different biomedical equipment, lighting and power load.

Coordinate with the architect to finalize space allocation for electrical equipment and panels.

Prepare the design drawings and provide them to the contractor for reference.

Coordinate with IT representative to allocate IT equipment.

Coordinate with the Biomedical Department regarding their requirements to feed electrical supply for biomedical equipment.

Prepare Bill of Quantities with the technical specification.

Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG and enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements Education / Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

Minimum three years of experience in the same field

Professional Licensing / Certification / Training

Relevant Certificate
