We are a forward-thinking consulting firm dedicated to delivering impactful solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our team and contribute to client projects through data analysis, research, and collaborative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

Analyze a variety of qualitative and quantitative client data under the guidance of a project manager to support project objectives. Conduct research-based activities using diverse methodologies to develop informed perspectives on client issues, aiding both project delivery and business development. Prepare high-quality, innovative client deliverables that clearly communicate key insights and drive meaningful impact. Collaborate with peers by sharing ideas and supporting work, including on projects beyond your immediate responsibilities. Assist project managers with coordination tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Actively participate in team discussions by providing constructive viewpoints and challenging ideas to foster robust solutions. Identify and pursue learning opportunities to continuously enhance skills across core consulting and talent solution areas. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent research capabilities and familiarity with various research methodologies. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and impact. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues proactively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support project coordination.
