طبيعة العمل حضوري
نبحث عن ممثل/ـة مركز اتصال للانضمام إلى فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا في مدينة جده. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف ومنصات التواصل الأخرى، والتعامل مع الشكاوى، والمساهمة في تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل الأخرى (مثل البريد الإلكتروني، الدردشة المباشرة، أو تطبيقات التواصل).
- التعامل مع الشكاوى وحل المشكلات بكفاءة واحترافية.
- تحقيق رضا العملاء وضمان تقديم تجربة ممتازة.
- توثيق جميع التفاعلات مع العملاء وتحديث البيانات في النظام.
Requirements
مؤهل علمي دبلوم او بكالوريس في تقنيه المعلومات او احد تخصصات ذات العلاقه.
امتلاك مهارات تواصل قوية وفعّالة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
القدرة على استخدام الحاسب الآلي بكفاءة.
سرعة ودقة في إدخال البيانات والكتابة.
يفضل من لدية خبرة سابقة في مجال مراكز الاتصال أو خدمة العملاء.
