With a mission to tackle one of the highest obesity rates globally, Kilow aims to provide accessible, comprehensive, and science-backed solutions that empower individuals on their weight loss journeys.About The RoleWe’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Arabic-speaking health coach to support individuals on their weight loss journey through personalized 1-on-1 coaching. You’ll help patients adhere to their lifestyle and medical plans, lead group sessions and webinars, and play a key role in shaping our science-backed health program.This is a full-time, remote role that requires flexibility to work around patient schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions in ArabicSupport patients using both lifestyle strategies and GLP-1 medication protocolsMotivate patients and help them overcome barriers to changeTrack progress, offer feedback, and escalate clinical concerns when neededLead or participate in virtual group sessions and health webinarsContribute to developing culturally relevant, evidence-based program contentCollaborate with our team of doctors, designers, and content creatorsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in nutrition, health coaching, nursing, or a related fieldFluency in Arabic (written and spoken)Deep understanding of obesity, weight management, and behavior change strategiesFamiliarity with local cultural norms in the GCCStrong communication skills and an empathetic, motivational coaching stylePassion for health education and digital innovationWillingness to work flexible hours to meet patient needsPreferred BackgroundLicensed dietitian, nutritionist, nurse, or certified health coachExperience developing or delivering digital health contentLived experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries
