We are seeking a Tendering Manager to lead the full tendering cycle for MV & LV switchgear, E-Houses, transformers, and related electrical solutions. This role oversees proposal development, ensures technical and commercial accuracy, and drives competitive, timely, and profitable tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFQ analysis, Bid / No-Bid decisions, and tender strategy.
- Manage and distribute workload across the tendering team and provide technical guidance.
- Review and validate technical and commercial offers, costing sheets, and supplier quotations.
- Respond to customer technical clarifications and align proposals with EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
- Prepare contract review documents, risk assessments, and approval packages.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management.
- Support sales during order negotiations and change-order costing.
- Track hit rates, quotation timelines, and overall tender performance.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in costing tools, workflows, templates, and proposal quality.
- Integrate market intelligence to enhance competitiveness and win rates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.710 years of experience in tendering within electrical manufacturing, EPC, or related fields.Strong knowledge of MV / LV solutions and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI / NEMA preferred).Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.Fluent in Arabic and English.Proven leadership, planning, and communication skills.Key Skills
