Chief Shared Services Officer (Procurement Background Required)

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Shared Services Officer will lead and manage core support functions including Procurement, Administration, and Facilities Management. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming back-office operations into agile, value-driven enablers of business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Shared Services Strategy : Define and execute a shared services vision aligned with organisational goals, ensuring world-class support across all business units.
• Procurement Leadership : Oversee strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement governance to drive cost efficiency and value creation.
• Facilities & Administration Management : Lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environments across the organisation.
• People & Performance Leadership : Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, embedding robust controls across all support functions.
