Job Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project‑related documents using Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems, with a focus on ACONEX.

Implement and maintain document control procedures using ACONEX and other EDM systems

Ensure all project documents are properly coded, filed, and easily retrievable

Coordinate the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders

Monitor document revisions and maintain version control

Generate regular reports on document status and distribution

Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices

Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and ACONEX usage

Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian document control standards and regulations

Collaborate with project managers and team members to streamline document management processes

Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

Saudi National

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field

Proven 5 Years experience with Electronic Document Management systems, particularly ACONEX

Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) processes and workflows

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Certification in document control or information management is a plus

Understanding of construction project management processes and terminology
