Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in
Al Khobar .
As an
HR Operations Officer
at HR Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily human resources operations, ensuring that all HR activities are executed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will handle various HR functions such as employee relations like payroll issues, disciplinary actions, investigations and final settlements, while supporting management in maintaining an efficient and employee-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including :
Employee leaves and attendance
Final settlements and clearances
Administrative investigations
Employee grievances and relations
Payroll and financial entitlements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare regular HR reports and employee performance updates for management review.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in HR Operations or Employee Relations.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR systems,
labor laws , and government procedures.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
or HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications .
Fluency in English
(spoken and written) is required.
