Responsibilities
Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct detailed structural assessments and feasibility studies to inform project development and execution. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals to integrate structural designs with overall project objectives. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for structural designs and assessments. Utilize advanced software tools and technologies for structural modeling, simulation, and analysis. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met. Stay abreast of new developments in structural engineering, codes, and technologies to enhance project outcomes. Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment. Excellent knowledge of engineering systems, technologies, principles, codes, and practices. Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organized approach. Proficient with relevant software programs. Willingness to relocate, if required. Must have a valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant). Must have a valid and transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
