The following are the key responsibilities for this role :

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's projects through market analysis, study, and networking.

Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Conduct market analysis to identify business trends, needs, and preferences.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, vendors, and industry players to expand the network and enhance services.

Support the sales team to improve communication and networking.

Search for new investment opportunities and evaluate their feasibility and suitability for the company's interests.

Prepare feasibility studies and financial analyses to evaluate real estate development projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in Real Estate Business Development and real estate sales in the KSA market.

Strong understanding of the real estate development industry, market dynamics, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Skills required : 5 years of expertise.
