The Online Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role focuses on leveraging various digital channels; such as search engines, social media, email, and online advertising to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring alignment with key marketing objectives such as lead generation, sales, or brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Search & Display Marketing
- Manage paid search (PPC) and display advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Email & Automation
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Segment lists and personalize campaigns using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve engagement.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Measure and report on the performance of all online marketing activities using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Conduct A / B tests to improve creative, copy, and landing page performance.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Suggest innovative approaches to enhance digital presence and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in online or digital marketing.Hands‑on experience managing PPC, social media ads, and email campaigns.Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills
