Service Desk Executive

A Saudi-based 3rd party company is urgently looking to hire "Services Desk Executives". Here are the position details : Required Experience with Telco : 1-5 YearsTotal Positions : 10Qualification : BS / MS in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication Cisco, Juniper certification would be a plusSalary Bracket : 7,000-10,000 SAR per monthServices for this tole fall under five main categories including DataInternetConnectivity (Transmission and capacity), Data Centre Whitespace / Colocation ServiceOther Transit ServicesOther responsibilities include : -Managing faults for IPLC, DIA, L2 / L3 VPN, VPLS, OTN, SDH, DWDM services.-Handling tools like RTTS, RMS, Granite, TMF, TFS, or any additional telecom industry tools.-Ensuring services performance (SLA / KPI's report), Reports (RFO, RCA, availability, etc.-Troubleshooting and fault analysis skills in addition to office tools e.g. MS Office.-Should have expertise in optimal transmission (Submarine, terrestrial) and IP (CISCO / Juniper) is preferable.
