Skills and Experience :

As a Human Resources Manager, youinfuse our HR team with a unique blend of strategic vision, a commitment tofostering a positive workplace culture, and an unwavering dedication to thepersonal and professional growth of our talented workforce.

  • Ensures the smoothrunning of the Human Resources Department, where all areas ofresponsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
  • Works proactively to maximize the guest service and the team experience, delivering apositive and responsive approach to enquiriesand problem resolution.
  • Develops and implements plans where humanresources initiatives & hoteltargets are achieved.
  • Works with key stakeholders, effectivelymanaging and reviewing the life cycleof the team within the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development andperformance.
  • Owner ofthe Human Resources budget and training plan, where together with management,facilitates the evaluation of teamperformance.
  • Builds and maintains effective workingrelationships with all key stakeholdersand business partners.
  • Reviews and scrutinizes employee resourcing,compensation, employee development,training and succession plans, providing recommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value tothe individual and the company.
  • Ensures adherence andcompliance to all legislation where due diligencerequirements and best practice activities are planned,delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-upas required.
