Senior Product Manager - Technical, RBS

Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon’s Retail business growth WW by enhancing customer and selling partner experiences. The tech team in RBS develops automation that leverages Machine / Deep Learning to scale execution of highly complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead our next generation of AI-powered automation products. You'll be responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies to automate complex business processes across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered automation solutions that serve multiple Amazon businesses
• Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions using Amazon's AI / ML stack
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deliver measurable business results
• Define and optimize key metrics around automation efficiency, accuracy, and business impact
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements
• Drive adoption of automation solutions across the organization
