Overview

As a Retail Showroom team member, you will play a crucial role in greeting and selling to the showroom customers in our Riyadh showroom. This role bridges sales, logistics, and client service — ensuring the team reaches and exceed sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional experience to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Achieving showroom-based sales though hospitality and sociability

  • Greeting customers with enthusiasm, in a personable and relatable way
  • Being a master Story teller
  • Help coordinate the rotation and shipment of showroom stock between the Riyadh and India.
  • Deep knowledge of our products
  • Support logistics and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Follow up on orders with the Head Office and ensure timely delivery.
  • Take on ad hoc administrative duties as directed by management.
  • Assist with local PR and marketing initiatives, where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent recode in sales
  • Previous showroom experience in interiors, design, or a related luxury industry.
  • Excellent administrative, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • A positive, energetic, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Team player with a flexible and can-do mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Interest in design, interiors, and artisan craftsmanship is a plus
