About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department, the Spa Therapist is responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures. Adhere to the MOHG Code of Conduct; ensure that all business activities and decisions comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Fully support all learning and development activities. Support and adhere to policies relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable practices at Mandarin Oriental. Comply with the MOHG social media Policy and be responsible for content published on any social media platform, including personal sites.

Requirements / What We Expect From You

Keep the work area clean, neat and hygienic at all times. Maintain a high standard of service throughout the Spa. Assist in the operations of all spa & wellness departments as required : Spa Treatment Rooms Spa Reception Spa Retail Spa Pantry Consultation Lounge
