Overview
Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site. Installing, operating and training security network products. Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels. Perform remedial repair activities on customer site. Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff. Recognize situations requiring a service call escalation and follow proper Escalation Procedures. Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer. Validating actual problem and validating correct parts to be used for service. Effective debrief and reporting of service call for future enhancements. Documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork.
