Senior Planning & Programs Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Planning & Programs Analyst to lead financial planning, performance analysis, compliance, and budgeting activities. This role supports leadership through high-quality reporting, strategic insights, and effective financial governance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), audit oversight, and financial operations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement multi-year financial plans in alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets across departments.

Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

Manage restricted and unrestricted funds, donor contributions, and grant allocations.

Provide leadership to finance team members and cross-functional planning initiatives.

Drive implementation of financial systems and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).

CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including :
