As a Senior Project Manager for Steam Turbine Projects / Services, you will lead high-value, complex steam turbine projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution while mentoring team members and continuously improving processes.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and manage multiple steam turbine projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-discipline engineering, procurement, and field execution activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, claims, and project risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and executive summaries.
