Business Process Modeling Specialist

Responsible for analyzing, designing, documenting, and improving business processes to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Utilizes business process modeling tools and methodologies such as BPMN.

Key Responsibilities : -

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and reengineering.

Design process models using BPM tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, ARIS).

Develop detailed documentation outlining process steps and stakeholder responsibilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear process models.

Ensure designed processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Support digital transformation initiatives and process optimization projects.

Contribute to the development and periodic update of the institutional process manual.

Qualifications and Requirements : -

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in modeling current and future-state business processes across organizations, preferably within government entities.
• Strong ability to create models using standardized modeling notations to ensure consistent representation of business processes.
