Overview

We are looking for an experienced RFPs Expert to join our dynamic team. The RFPs Expert will play a critical role in developing and managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensuring that our offerings are competitive and aligned with customer needs. If you have a deep understanding of the proposal process and a track record of successful RFP submissions, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for RFP responses.
• Develop comprehensive and compelling proposal documents that meet the requirements set forth in RFPs.
• Perform thorough reviews of RFP documentation to understand customer needs and align offerings accordingly.
• Maintain a database of past proposals, win / loss rates, and track RFP progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate and contain relevant information.
• Facilitate proposal presentations and assist in post-submission activities.
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape to enhance positioning.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on best practices for RFP responses.
