What you'll be doing :

• Monitor Driver Performance : Track and assess daily driver performance, including punctuality, delivery accuracy, route efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Generate Daily Performance Reports : Prepare and share daily driver performance and operational reports with management for transparency and continuous improvement.
• Track Receiving and Dispatching Activities : Oversee and verify all driver dispatching and receiving activities, ensuring all deliveries are logged and tracked in real‑time.
• Resolve Operational Issues : Address and resolve any delivery‑related issues, such as delays, failed deliveries, or route deviations, with a quick turnaround.
• Follow‑Up on Uncollected Orders : Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to track and manage any uncollected or pending orders and ensure follow‑up actions are taken.
• Respond to Customer Service Emails : Respond promptly and professionally to emails from the Customer Service (CS) team regarding delivery inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
• Communicate with Management : Share daily reports, critical updates, and performance metrics with line managers to support operational decisions.
