Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can merge data‑driven thinking with creative storytelling. You’ll lead social media strategy, oversee content creation, manage client relationships, and ensure that every post, campaign, and collaboration drives tangible impact. You’ll work closely with our creative and media teams to deliver standout campaigns that embody the essence of each brand and perform across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all brand social media platforms — including planning, posting, moderating, and reporting.
• Work closely with the content creator, copywriter, and media buyer to ensure seamless execution across visuals, messaging, and paid promotions.
• Translate brand goals into actionable social media and influencer plans, ensuring every campaign reflects the brand’s tone, strategy, and objectives.
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery across all platforms.
• Oversee community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and managing conversations that build authentic brand relationships.
• Track performance across all platforms, prepare detailed reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Stay updated on social trends, new platform features, and best practices to continuously enhance content performance and strategy.
