JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in Architecture to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to delivering exceptional architectural projects and elevating program management in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage architectural projects from start to finish Collaborate with architectural design teams to develop project briefs, designs, and construction documents Oversee the project budget, timeline, and quality control Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards Review and analyze architectural designs, plans, and specifications Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in architecture Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes Experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders Architectural registration and certifications are preferred Benefits
