1. Responsible for daily safety supervision, patrols, and hazard identification at the project site, ensuring all construction activities comply with Saudi Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards and company safety regulations.

2. Organize and conduct safety training for all project personnel (including local safety briefings for Chinese staff), emergency drills, and regular safety meetings.

3. Act as the primary liaison with local government departments concerning safety, fire, and environmental protection, handling related permit applications, inspection coordination, and other official matters.

4. Responsible for preparing and submitting required safety reports, documents, and records in both Arabic and English in a timely manner.

5. Ensure all safety aspects of the project's construction fully adhere to Saudi government regulations and standards, promptly identifying and mitigating compliance risks.

Qualifications & Requirements 1. Possess a technical or trade-related industry diploma / degree, coupled with an IOSH / NEBOSH certified international HSE degree / diploma.

2. Accumulated over 4 years of professional HSE work experience in the power / renewable energy industry and the construction industry.

3. Proficiency in Arabic and English. English language skills must meet the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B1 level (Intermediate Independent User) or above, confirmed through interview assessment.

4. Must be an associate member of a professional international organization / institution.

5. Deep understanding of local Saudi safety regulations, with excellent communication, coordination, and risk assessment capabilities.
