Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial refrigeration to lead our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and driving business growth across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development in the food retail sector across KSA by generating new enquiries and approaching potential customers.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships, understanding their annual budgets and business needs.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for new refrigeration equipment and solutions.
  • Analyze sales and margin data per key account and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality quotations within agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Participate in local tenders and lead pricing negotiations with customers, including high-profile clients.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of CCR products, refrigeration technologies, and industry standards.
  • Understand and apply standard sales processes, KPIs, and financial metrics across revenue, cost, and gross margin.
  • Provide customer-focused service while aligning solutions with company financial targets.
  • Initiate and lead sales pitches and negotiations, ensuring positive outcomes within set timelines.
  • Identify and develop new customer leads; support the sales development team with qualified opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to bid preparation, customer presentations, and strategic project proposals.
  • Exhibit strong business judgment by evaluating market trends, customer segments, competition, and sales potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in refrigeration, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or country-level sales role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, products, and industry applications.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and leading negotiations in the GCC market, preferably in KSA.
  • Experience in business development, tendering processes, and pricing strategies within a B2B technical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across KSA with a valid KSA Driving License.
