Must-Have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and retail industries
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing
• Ability to lead and mentor the marketing team, managing multiple projects and staying current with industry trends
