Net Zero Project Manager

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Net Zero Project Manager to lead efforts in reducing carbon emissions and achieving net-zero targets. This role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of sustainability practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement net-zero strategies and action plans.

Manage projects to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including facilities, operations, and sustainability teams.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.

Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, energy management, or project management.

Strong knowledge of net-zero principles, sustainability practices, and energy efficiency.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
