Professional and HSE Training Solutions
for the Oil & Gas sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in training services who is passionate about driving growth and building long-term partnerships within the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Training Managers and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector across the Eastern Province. Identify client training needs and design tailored proposals for leadership, safety, technical, and professional development programs. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure high-quality program execution and compliance with industry standards. Consistently achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in the Oil & Gas training market. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in
training sales , preferably with Oil & Gas clients. Proven record of success in promoting and delivering
HSE or technical training programs . Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards and compliance requirements for training. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
