Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to Director of Safety - Saudi Arabia A leading Mining, Oil & Gas Construction company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the Director of Safety. The successful candidate must be willing to be based in Saudi (Khobar) Requirements : Proven experience in a similar Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant role. Previous expatriate experience is essential. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. Key Responsibilities : Efficient Diary Management : Coordinate, schedule, and manage appointments and meetings. Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Administrative Support : Handle correspondence, reports, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Technology Proficiency : Utilize advanced computer skills to manage data, presentations, and communication platforms effectively. Travel Arrangements : Assist with travel bookings and itineraries as required. Additional Information : Candidates must be able to cover their visa costs initially; these costs will be reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment.
