Execution Risk Controller

Role Purpose

To design, implement, and manage a robust risk management framework for an Expansion Project. The role ensures that all project risk related to scope, cost, schedule, safety, quality, and compliance, are identified, quantified, monitored, and mitigated throughout all phases of execution.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project risk management plan aligned with corporate standards and industry best practices.
• Establish unified processes for risk identification, assessment, and escalation.
• Conduct risk identification workshops with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Maintain and regularly update the project risk register.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (Monte Carlo, sensitivity analysis, decision trees).
• Track project performance to identify emerging threats and update risk exposure.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and discipline leads to define mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Integrate risk outputs with cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement planning.
