KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and assist with interactive culinary classes that emphasise handson learning and realworld techniques.
• Prepare kitchen stations tools and ingredients in advance of lessons and demonstrations.
• Support students during practical training sessions ensuring safe and structured learning.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and maintain clean efficient and hygienic kitchen environments.
• Apply and reinforce a wide range of culinary techniques from basic to advanced.
• Contribute to academy workshops culinary demonstrations and internal events.
• Collaborate with senior chef instructors and respond to mentorship and feedback.
• Engage in ongoing learning to refine your instructional approach and teaching confidence.
